「We really enjoyed Lazy Creek Cottage. It was the perfect weekend for our son’s Univ of SC and we loved staying in the Chapin/ Lake Murray area. The property was impeccably clean and the location idyllic overlooking the lake. We used the paddle boards and the hot tub. Jesse, the property manager was great. We would stay here again. 「Everyone was very attentive until i had a problem. Maybe their system. When we got there the place smelled very musty. It was very cold that week so we turned the heat up. In a couple of minutes my asthma started acting up and now all i could smell was mold. We called and texted everything we could. Finally we got in touch with someone. They wanted us to sleep there and they would come check it out in the morning. No specific time. We didn’t stay due to the problem. We got our money back but...

「Stay was amazing, I'd stay again, but I would bring my own pans, those pans in the house I'd consider an embarrassment and would never feed my family off those. I was sad the can opener was broken. Overall for how much it costs the toilet paper and paper towels could be nicer,not trying to complain either just being completely real. I would have so much fun doing a remodel on this house the gorgeous potential it has.」

「The pictures of the house are heavily filtered. It says newly renovated but it is literally falling apart. The beds are the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced as well. The walls have holes from what looks like someone trying to find a stud with a nail. The place was clean but the walls are stained. The biggest thing was the floor in the bathroom area was severely rotted to the point of falling through. I tried to contact the management company and got nothing but automated responses....

「Great option for bigger groups of people the owners really used there space in this place properly, The only thing I’d suggest is another tv in a room other then that it was great.」
