「Overall great experience」

「I am not someone who typically leaves negative reviews, but after spending the last week and a half at this hotel for business, I feel obligated to share my experience. The parking situation at this property is completely unacceptable. The hotel has allowed utility trucks and vehicles with trailers to monopolize the regular guest parking areas, leaving paying customers with nowhere to park. 「Spent 5 days. 2 of the days, there was no hot water. We had a total of 9 rooms occupied by family. One of the days we had no hot water was the morning we were all getting ready to attend a funeral. Had to get ready in cold water. There were 2 large towels, 2 hand towels & 2 wash cloths. Asked for extra towels. Staff said we cannot give extras.
