Hola, Solicito una revisión inmediata del caso, ya que la decisión enviada no refleja las políticas oficiales de la propiedad ni las circunstancias reales de la cancelación. La cancelación se realizó en persona el día 26. Según la política publicada en la misma reserva: “Las cancelaciones o cambios efectuados después de las 6:00 p.m. del 25 de noviembre están sujetos a un cargo equivalente a la tarifa de la primera noche, más impuestos y cargos.” Esto significa que, conforme a las reglas del hotel, únicamente corresponde cobrar la primera noche. No se utilizó la habitación, se hizo check-in y check out al momento porque las habitaciones estaban en pésimas condiciones y no se recibió ningún servicio adicional. Por lo tanto, cualquier cargo mayor al equivalente de una noche constituye un cobro incorrecto que debe ser ajustado. Solicito que este caso sea escalado al equipo de supervisión o al departamento de resolución de disputas, ya que necesito que se respete la política oficial y se procese el reembolso parcial correspondiente de inmediato. I can not believe the place could possibly be legally fit for humans when it wouldn't be proper for wild animals to stay there. I took pictures because I've never been so appalled in my life. It looks like an abandoned movie set used for an Armageddon scene. The filth was unspeakable. There were vomit stains everywhere. The only way someone would knowingly pay money is go there would be id their goal was to contract incurable disease. It's disturbing places like that exist and even more disturbing they make money off of people

Outside the entire hotel, got yelled out because we had no where to park

Absolutely disgusting. Broken furniture, ripped up bed, black mold in the bathroom, roaches and ac had a whole in the wall to the outside. Booked two nights. Returned keys and was told manager would give a refund but of course never received it. Do not recommend.

We were moved from 1st room because the door would not open. The second room was being renovated and the beds were leaning up against the wall. So one of the staff took us to the third room it was ok. But grout was coming up from the floor and in the morning the shower just trickled. So they moved us to another room in which the shower worked but the room was pretty dirty. It was obvious that the place was old neglected and many rooms were rented monthly.

Stains on the sheets looks like cigarette burns holes in the cover. My door would not close all the way had a gap in the door frame. People can literally look into the room would not recommend.

cigarette burns on ALL surfaces including the shower tv not working ac not working only one light in the room working carpet dirty room badly in need of painting had a crescent wrench as a shower control knob toilet needed repair before use. Nothing was right about this room or hotel.

Not much to do around the area had to go to the next town over. The room was terrible the floors when you walked on them certain spots would sink down . Most motels/hotels have soap, shampoo, lotion, tissues etc this one didnt there were no ice bucket or coffee pot. Very highly do not ever recommend this place to anyone!!!
