This elegantly upgraded home with a private dock on Lake Murray is exactly what you need to relax and have fun! The home sits in a quiet cove but is near big water with easy access to Acapulco, Dreher Island, and short boat ride to good eats!

This home includes a dock, full kitchen, wet bar for late night drinks, 2 screen porches, grill, 2 kayaks, 2 SUPs, life jackets, fire pit, 2 arcades (featuring pac man and rampage) ping pong table, and more! Come visit and enjoy a relaxing getaway!

When you walk into the home you enter to an open floor plan. You will see the dining area straight ahead, with views of the lake, and then to your right is the spacious kitchen. The family room is to the left equipped with a bar and plenty of glassware for late night cocktails. The top floor has two glass sliding doors that open to the top screened in deck. The kitchen has easy access to the grilling deck, (propane is provided) as well as great cove views!

Down stairs you will find the spacious master bedroom with access to the lower screened-in porch, and a luxurious spa-like ensuite to relax in with air jet tub and huge shower with double heads and hand sprayer.
You`ll also find the bunk room with two bunk beds, and a guest room with a queen bed, all with lake views.
also a laundry room and secondary bath room with a tub/shower combo!

Outside we are actively working to improve our walk path and fire pit areas.
The private dock has a ladder for easy swimming and a fish cleaning area! Water around dock is 7` deep during spring and summer.

You`ll have exclusive access to the entire property and private dock.

You can walk to Acapulco USA and rent a pontoon from Lake Murray Boat Rentals! Call and ask about their delivery and pickup options! This house is set on a quiet walkable circle with wonderful neighbors!

Park in driveway! Road to get to house is gravel. Do not park on the road, inquire with host about additional parking at the marina down the street.

The Hot Tub is new to 2025 and will be available from September 15th - May 1st. We do not allow guests to use the hot tub in the summer due to Green Algae contamination from the Lake, It would not be possible to maintain water clarity and proper chemical balances during the summer months. Trust us, we`ve tried it and it doesn`t work!

Guest Amenities – Add on features for guests looking to save time and hassle at the lake.
To help make your stay as relaxing and effortless as possible, we offer a few convenient add-on options:
• Outdoor Fire Pit: Guests are welcome to enjoy the fire pit! Firewood packages are available for $20 (20 logs) and can be delivered right at check-in—just let us know.
• Pet-Friendly Stay: We happily welcome up to two dogs with a $125 pet fee. (Sorry, no cats.)
• Beach Towel Rentals: Beach towels can be delivered before your arrival for $5 per towel. Lost towels are subject to a $25 replacement fee. Simply tell us how many you’d like, and we’ll take care of the rest!

House Rules & Important Information
To ensure a wonderful experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review the following:
• No parties or events are permitted. If a gathering occurs, guests will be asked to end it immediately. A second occurrence will result in cancellation without a refund.
• This is a strictly no smoking and no vaping property—thank you for helping us keep the home fresh for everyone.
• The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture, and we appreciate you cleaning up after your pet while on the property.
• Hot Tub Care: To keep the hot tub sparkling clean, please avoid cross-contaminating it with lake water. We kindly ask that you use a different swimsuit for the hot tub than the lake. If algae contamination occurs and the hot tub turns green, a $250 drain and cleaning fee will be applied after checkout.
• Winter Note: During winter months, the lake water level is lower. The beautiful view remains the same, though water depth at the dock may be reduced.
