「No response from owner for hours on day of arrival.. once in contact owner didn’t know if unit was clean. He informed us things were clean BUT Once inside unit was filthy.. nothing was cleaned, children’s toys and dirt were everywhere. none of the beds were made owner didn’t bring blankets until last day. He had a lady and her 4 kids living there and apparently put them out that day and he said he thought we were arriving on a different day. We’ve had this reservation booked for MONTHS」

「I tried to leave early due to the bug infestation problem, but since I was not able to get compensated by the hotel, I decided to keep the key and check room periodically. I was able to do this because when my wife arrived a couple days later and she reserved a different hotel in which we stayed. I killed at least 10 roaches my room at Town Inn maybe more. For the life of me, I did not know where they were coming from but seeing one on inside of shower curtain, my bed, on my clean paper towels...

「The Holden’s are super attentive to any needs or requests and are lightening quick with correspondence. Check in was a breeze. 「I traveled from Vermont to be in town for my son's signing ceremony for his athletic scholarship. I was looking for a comfortable home where I could spend time with my family without having to leave just to be together. This house was great for that. The pool was great, as was the outdoor area. The house itself was comfortable and clean. It was everything we needed, and after a long day of events around town, it was a great place to come back to just to relax.」
