Staff was rude. Check in was horrible the staff kept threatening us with not getting a room despite paid reservation. A manager came out and got us sorted but it was hard to figure it out. There was old food in my mini fridge. Elevators wouldn’t work. Line ups were Massive to go to our bedroom. Horrible service.

I really enjoyed myself and gave me a home like environment and feeling they were very clean. Staff was willing to work with me when I had an issue with the people upstairs. Their water were leaking in my room. They took care of it right away that it expeditiously, they didn’t have me wait no time I really enjoyed the service and the amenities and the place.
