"Pet friendly rooms were clean and staff friendly and professional. Rooms are very small and bathroom is a bit flimsy and made out of plastic, but for a 1 night stay it’s fine and it is near the city centre. Parking is not available and expect another £9 to pay to park your car at the nearest available car park. "

"Lovely clean room, friendly staff and great location. The only thing that bothered me was the noise of students late outside the hotel late at night on Wednesday evening (can't be helped by the hotel but it did disturb my sleep). I would recommend the hotel and had a great second visit. "

"Convenient location bed and pillows quite hard, little things like one of our towels had a hole in it let the place down a little. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. I was greeted and seated by a nice member of the team but after that nobody came anywhere near me so i couldnt ask for coffee or fresh eggs as i had hoped so stuck with some toast and apple juice. Hot food looked ok "

"It's a decent size, pretty clean well located hotel. The down side is that it is pretty much dated. The rooms definitely require a revamp , the heating (radiator) made a load noise once switched on and didn't fully work. The TV is old and has limited channels, the bed was of a good size but the mattress was worn! Parking: the parking is very tight , I had to get in through the passengers side! Breakfast, only half decent. "

"We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The staff were so friendly especially Donny at reception. Front of house can really make or spoil a stay. The rooms were spacious and they accommodated all our guests with rooms close to one another which made it much more relaxed for us. Parking was also included and breakfast which had a variety of options. Would stay here again for sure. "

"We where put in a disability room so all the amenities where low down. The shower was slow and we had no full length mirror. I have stayed at the Marriott before and it was nice but I was disappointed "
