"Very average. Had declined since we visited in early 2025"

"We asked for a walk in shower but they gave us a room for a disabled couple. I am 5ft 3" and struggled with the sink etc. My husband is 5ft 10" and found it impossible due to it's low height. There was knowhere to put anything around the sink! We asked to change rooms but were told they were full for our 3 days there. Not what we expected! Next time we will ask for a shower not over a bath."

"We had a great stay at the hotel including the buffet breakfast which was wonderful. Only part that we thought stood out was WiFi which was a limited one, with no option to connect to the TV nor to cast from our mobile devices. Our kid had to make do with whatever TV channels were available.""

"The hotel is very clean and all the staff are helpful and amazing. They are very prompt in responding to requests. On check out, I needed somewhere to keep my luggage as I did a little wander around the town whilst I waited for a lift and they happily kept my luggage in safe storage, The breakfast was excellent and the dining area was good; not crowded. I will give special commendation to Dony and Alicia at reception! ☺️"

"Basic full English with some cereal , yogurt and pastries with bread and rolls. As much tea and coffee as you can drink with some fruit like apples and oranges. The menu for later looked interesting but never got round to ordering because of the very excellent restaurant next door “mylahore”. Staff brilliant and parking somewhat pricey but fitting with local parking and easy to purchase in foyer. Rooms cleaned everyday unless you request not. With items very well looked after. Very happy altogether."
