「Excellent stay at a unique hotel where the emphasis is on food, but accommodation is more than adequate.」

「Lovely old inn, plenty of character. Rooms clean, nice bed linen and towels. Lovely breakfast and staff very friendly. Air-conditioning would have been appreciated but wasn't expected and really is seldom needed in the UK. Pleasant to sit in the beer garden for drinks and snacks.」

「コッツウォルズ地方に車で行くために利用。１６世紀くらい？の建物に１Ｆはパブ。その上に部屋があるイメージです。パブは午後１０時まで営業なので、それまではガヤガヤしています。私はお酒をあまり飲まないですが、お酒を飲むのが好きな人はいいかもしれません。建物が古いので部屋はとても古いです。シャワーとトイレは共用。駐車場は公共のものを無料で利用しました。海外に慣れた人や細かいことを気にしない人で無いと厳しい宿だと思います。宿としてのサービスはほとんどありませんが、その割には料金が高いと思います。基本的にパブがメインで商売をされているようです。」

「This is a converted coaching inn at the junction of a few roads. Easy parking, good breakfasts and dinners, plenty of character. A bit of a downside if you’re a light sleeper with the traffic and kitchen exhaust system. Otherwise, easy place to stay.」

They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again.」
