Located one mile from downtown Leavenworth and across the street from the NEW Leavenworth Adventure Park, this 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom condo unit has it all! Your group can spread out, relax, and feel comfortable sleeping 8.

The space

This ground floor condo unit is 1 of a 4-unit building, and yours to enjoy in its entirety.

• Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating for 3, cookware, utensils and spices
• Ample seating for guests at the dining table
• Primary bedroom – 1 king bed
• 2nd bedroom – 1 queen bed
• 3rd bedroom – 1 queen bed
• Living room – 1 queen sleeper sofa
• 2 full bathrooms
• Patio area
• Washer & dryer in unit
• Laundry soap, towels and linens provided
• Free, secure Wi-Fi
• 4 A/C units - 1 wall-attached unit in the main living/dining/kitchen area and 1 portable unit in each of the 3 bedrooms

Guest access
The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details. We are owner operated. No meeting for keys, just arrive at the condo! We are real people with real jobs just like you!

Other things to note
- All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)
- 8 people max
- No pets. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $100 and you will be asked to leave.
- We have stocked the condo with many items including a “starter kit” of paper products. Guests who plan to stay for longer than 2-3 days will most likely need to supply their own once the starter kit runs out.
- Be respectful of quiet hours, the other building tenants and surrounding neighbors.
- No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge per.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
- Shampoos, toiletries, condiments, and zip locks are not provided.
- By confirming your reservation, all parties hereby agree to adhere to the attached Rental Agreement.

Close enough to town to walk, plenty of parking, and a lovely space! My only complaint would be that the amount of detergent and paper products provided was very limited, especially for a place that sleeps up to 8 which we booked for a full week. It didn't end up being an issue, but at these price points I don't think you should be expecting your guests to top up the toilet paper.

We had a wonderful stay. We loved how it was across the street from the new adventure park. It is a far walk to Front Street in the hot weather so we had to pay for parking a few times. Overall, we had a great time and we were comfortable.

The property was clean, easy access to the property and close to town. We stayed 4 nights. The note of AC was accurate but it was a wall unit and portable AC. It got cool at night so open windows cooled the property down. The kitchen and living areas were well appointed and comfortable for the 5 of us. In total it was a very good stay and served us well as a central location to all the events.
