House was wonderful, living room, kitchen, bedroom all well equipped, clean and comfortable.
Location was great too.
Bathroom sink is a tad small, but still a great place...
We loved this little restored Leadville home for our winter stay. Everything about it was fine, well equipped, charming, and well located since we skied at the college tracks. We will come again!
Nice 2 bedroom house right in the heart of Leadville and easy to get to town and other places. Very nice setup, clean and well stocked with kitchen amenities. Thank you!
Great little place to stay! Easy walk to town, quiet with a fair priced. Expect a house built in the late 1800’s that’s been fixed up. It could use a weekend of love, but the old town charm makes the little things unnoticeable. Leadville has some fun family adventures. Halfmoon Outfitters wasn’t listed in the book at the house, but they should be. Our ride with them was sooooo beautiful, the horses were gentle and the kids learned a lot about riding. Also an excellent price.
House was cozy for our family of 5. Kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable, water was hot and good pressure. Only a few blocks from the main strip in Leadville, and about 15 - 20 minutes to Ski Cooper. Overall experience was great. Would rent again for sure.
Cost friendly. No frills. Met expectations and had what we needed. Very small 1 bathroom. Would recommend bringing a fan if that is how you normally fall asleep-bedding was VERY warm and even with the thermostat low we were still extra hot while asleep and the air purifier fan on high didn ’t cut it. Host was quick to respond and flexible with us. Washer and drier was very handy. Very close to grocery store and restaurants. Quick drive to slopes.
Not a good neighborhood, small dingy, dark bathroom with hair on the floor. Tried to call back on the phone numbers that called me and one was no response and the other didn’t receive incoming calls. Wanted to leave early because I spent a day hiking in the mountains and my wife was scared to walk to the Main Street by her self because of the neighborhood. Run down house.
