"We had a wonderful week at this lovely villa in the Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer area; one that our family will never forget. The view of the sunset over Cape Negre was stunning. The house was spacious, well furnished, with five bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. Our family (2 grandparents, four parents and four grandchildren ages 6-8) enjoyed hours in the lovely pool, preparing meals in the spacious and well provisioned kitchen, and eating in the various shaded outdoor dining areas. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was great as it was 36-38 degrees C during our week.We had a 10 minute walk east along the bike path to the beach at Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer. The water was clear and the beach was sandy. One could easily rent paddle boards There were two beach clubs at this beach, but plenty of space to put down our own towels and beach chairs. One night we ate dinner at the Tropicana Club, and the food was delicious. We also ordered tasty pizza from the Kasi- Kasi pizza truck parked on the walking path.After a 15 minute walk west there is a small grocery store, Proxi, there that sold delicious fresh bread which we visited daily.Marianne and Marcel are excellent property managers, and were very helpful. They provided some beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels to use at the local beach. At the house there are many fun pool toys and floats, a ping pong table, boules sets, badminton and beach volleyball. "

"The house was lovely, clean, and well-located — we really enjoyed our stay. However, the very hot weather made it hard to sleep without air conditioning or fans. Also, the lack of mosquito nets meant we had to keep windows closed, and we had some issues with hornets and wasps getting inside. Overall, a great place, but would be more comfortable with a few small improvements."

"The location is perfect, just a few steps to beach, pool and a selection of small restaurants. The apartment is mainly suited for 2 people, kitchen is very well equipped for such a small space but it lack working surfaces thus challenging to do regular cooking.The terrace is small and not facing the sea, still nice for early breakfasts or an apéro in the evening. For sea view one can use the big terrace of the vacation complex.The front door is tricky to lock and unlock until you get the hang of it.Sylvie who was responsible for reception was very nice and accommodating.All in all we had a wonderful stay"
