「The hotel staff were exceptional. very friendly and kind and will go to any length to please you. From the front desk to the dining area and ski rental area, all great people with great customer service. Berangere at the front desk was super kind and professional and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed by all their staff. Very close to the slopes, ski in and ski out. Great location, close to everything. Higlly recommend it. 」

「The place was exceptionally clean, fresh and modern. The amenities were wonderful. A great bar and brilliant restaurant. I also took use of the steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi. Don’t forget to use the outside sauna with a view of the mountains. Also the people that work here are lovely, from the restaurant to reception desk to the cleaners. Very convenient parking below the building with Lift access to your room.」

「バス停に近くてアットホームな感じのホテルです。オーナーは日本人の女性とのことで、朝食時にお話しすることが出来ました。部屋はこじんまりしていて、ベッドは大きくて広々していました。ただシャワーのみでしたので、寒い日はバスタブが恋しくなるかもしれません。ロビーが広く、仕事はそこでしてきました。少し不安定でしたが、Wifiも機能しました。」

「Absolutely wonderful hotel, and what makes it so good is the staff. They are the friendliest, most helpful staff anyone could ask for, a real credit to the owners. It is a boutique hotel with 30 rooms and has a very personal feel about it. You really do feel part of the family when you stay. We loved it, it’s a shame it closes for the summer season as it would be great to stay and enjoy the summer walks of the area. 「A lovely well-positioned hotel. We stayed here during our ski trip in Val d'isere and it did not disappoint. It has a warm and cosy feel to it. Our room was cleaned every day, staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you! 」

「Staff was very helpful, location is ideal. But, can't figure out why a bed too large for the room is shoe-horned in, with a small counter-table located so it is almost impossible to get around bed to rest of room. 」
