"The staff was VERY accommodating. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The ONLY downfall was a small parking lot that had overflow. There was a game one night and parking was tough. Loved that it was right on the river and you could walk it. Walking distance to many places to eat. Loved this hotel!!"

We were frantic and got dressed and went downstairs. Someone had entered our booking incorrectly. No apology. No comp. Nothing. My anxiety was so high thinking we were losing our room that I could not sleep. "
