Lisa Marie's apartment is located in Pacengo di Lazise, just 1200 metres from the beach and lakeside path. Restaurants and shops are approximately 750 metres away, while the centre of Lazise is 5.6 km distant. The apartment, approximately 100 m², is situated on the first floor in a residential complex with a swimming pool (swimming cap mandatory - opening period guaranteed from 15.05-30.09) and tennis court. It spans two levels, with the first floor comprising a kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, table with 6 seats, a double bedroom and a bathroom with window and small shower. TV (NO SAT-TV), air conditioning and WiFi are available to guests. From the kitchen, one can access the furnished balcony with table and chairs, where meals can be enjoyed during summer days. On the upper floor is a room with three single beds and a relaxation area with Smart TV (satellite not available). Second bathroom with small shower.
An open parking space is available within the residential complex.
Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.

The final price is composed of:
- RENT, which is paid directly to the owner
- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, bedding, towels, courtesy, on-site support, professional cleaning, booking management, commission paid by the owner to the portal, correspondence, etc.), which are offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant.
Mandatory residence tax, payable in cash upon arrival.
