The building dates back to the 1970s and features 4 three-room apartments in the vicinity of Villa Paiari. 2 apartments on the ground floor and 2 apartments on the upper floor. GAR LAZ 110, GAR LAZ 109, and GAR LAZ 112 are also in the house. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
