「On the ocean. Family friendly.」

「I was disappointed with the customer service was received at this hotel. The receptionist Stacy, was rude and unprofessional when we checked in. She told me she couldn’t find my reservation, and I had to show her my booking itinerary to prove that I had a reservation. The situation could have been handled more politely and professionally, As a guest, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when there is an issue with a reservation. We lost our keys too and we asked her if...

「Third time staying here for work travel. Great location and experience each and every tim」

「After a booking mixup on what Expedia had listed & what the property details were.. we were happily surprised that the staff & GM made an exception for our reservation. Everyone was very helpful, room was great, clean, great outdoor spaces & easy beach access.」

「Clean room and breakfast was great!」

「The bedrooms were spacious and well designed. There were 5 of us and we did not feel crowded. The breakfast had good options」

「Pool bar staff were amazing, especially Deja who was there our entire stay. The young guy who worked the beach shack was extremely friendly also..just dont remember his name. Marketplace was underwhelming..so much empty space that could be utilized with more retail items, grab n go food items, etc. Overall enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back.」

「They're in the process of remodeling. The room was very clean, just som little things that need repair. I would stay again, the staff was super. They have a small continental breakfast, good coffee and again super friendly. I even got cash back for checking out early.」

「Clean room & bathroom, friendly staff, quick checkin, convenient parking under building」

「Way better than the Hilton, stayed here for the second time after trying the Hilton thinking it was better and boy the sonesta is wayyy better, epically the cleanness and the staff」

「So clean」

「The property was amazing. All of the live bands were excellent. I would have liked to have had a microwave in the room. Also, would have liked a regular size ironing board. The stay was very good.」

Despite all those attempts and calls, they could not clearly explain why they needed additional money from me or what it was supposed to cover. If there is a legitimate balance due, explain the amount and the reason. Guests should be able to ask basic billing...
