Charming 26 m2 ground floor apartment located in the Griou residence in the heart of the Lioran resort.
Ski-in/ski-out, you will be just minutes from shops, restaurants, ski schools, hiking departures...
Facing south, this accommodation will allow you to enjoy the magnificent view of the Plomb du Cantal in summer and winter.
This accommodation offers a warm living area with TV and its perfectly and comfortably equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, dishes, raclette machine, panini maker, fondue maker, filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, crepe maker, immersion blender, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, vitroceramic hob, extractor hood...), which opens onto the balcony with direct outdoor access where you can put on your skis.
In this same space you will find two bunk beds in 90x190.
A bedroom with a 140x190 bed is located in the entrance.
Numerous storage spaces will be at your disposal. A shower room with shower and separate toilet complete this accommodation.
Pets are not accepted.
There is no internet connection.
You will have private ski racks in the residence's ski room.
Bed linen and towels not provided. Possibility to reserve them through our agency.
A public parking for apartment tenants is located in front of the building entrance. Spaces are not covered or private.
Cleaning must be done before your departure. If you wish for a cleaning service, it will cost you 46 euros.
