「とても便利なロケーションで仕事をする上でも助かりました。お勧めのレストランなども丁寧に教えて頂きました。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。」

「The electricity, internet connection and hot water is available, but the amenity was poor (just only shampoo and soap, but without tooth brush or tissue paper...) The housekeeping was very kind and cheerful. However, some of reception's English was a bit poor and the chef of restaurant's work was unstable (at 1st day she always opened the tray to serve for customers, but at 2nd day she enjoyed the smart phone and did nothing). What was the biggest problem was about restaurant at dinner...

「タクシーで街中からは3ドル前後なので、静かなところにあります。 受付が暗くて古いので「やっちゃった～」と思って期待していませんでしたが、部屋は家具も新しく、窓が多いので明るい印象でした（角部屋でしたので）。 部屋は静かで広く、キッチンとレンジと冷蔵庫が付いていて、自炊できるし便利です。 受付の方もとても親切でしたし、お勧めのホテルです。」

「3泊しました。離島に1泊したので実質2泊ですが、ルームクリーニングは1日もされませんでした。バスルームは清潔でしたが、かなり古くバスタブの中でシャワーのみ使える状態。スタッフの感じはよく、エレベーターのない階段をトランクを持って上がってくれました。レンタカーを借りたFiji旅行でしたが、スバの道路の状態が思ったより悪く、大きな穴に苦労しましたし、特別大きな穴に落ちて車のバンパーを破損してしまいショックでした。そのためスバの全体の印象が悪くなったのかもしれません。」

「一人で長く滞在するのに便利です。朝食付き、プールもあります。 スタッフも気さくな人達で、困った時には頼りになります。 建物内が、少し複雑で迷子になってしまったのですが、スタッフさんが助けてくれました。」

「Can’t say enough how awesome this place is. Everyone ever who goes to SUVA I will recommend this hotel until the day I die. I LOVE them. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was very nice but also real people too. Security at the front and friendly people. It’s a conference center so you may occasionally hear activities but this gives you the ability to be louder too! So you can listen to music or watch the TV louder than most places. The price was great! Thank you Yatu Lau 🙏」

「The hotel staffs are very friendly with kind hospitality. Wifi service was very good. Surrounding nature is beautiful and calm. On the other hand, we should be aware of a higher humidity and insects due to the natural environment surrounding the hotel.」

「朝食込みで2泊を予約。チェックイン時に朝食は入ってないと言われ交渉して1泊めは付けてもらったが、2泊めは付けてもらえず、目の前のマクドナルドで11ドルで済ませた。 部屋は広いだけで、古めかしく清潔感もあまりよくない。アメニティは、石鹸が１個だけ。ドライヤーなし。値段相応。目の前の公園や海沿いは危険とのことで近づかなかった。」
