"Great breakfast "

" ⸻ Booked a spa resort for rest and got the opposite. We stay at hotels often and this is my first complaint—and it was that bad. Loud, chaotic environment—guests screaming until 5 AM, then nonstop slamming doors, carts hitting walls, and radios from housekeeping all day. We complained multiple times and nothing was done. Overpriced, cold, soggy food with no microwave available. Management was worse—rude, accusatory response blaming us, then stopped responding altogether. Horrible. Would not return"

"I was very pleased and impressed with this hotel. It’s a perfect place for a 1 or 2 night stay 5 minutes from the airport! The rooms are simple but have everything you need for a short stay. The breakfast is good and offered more than I expected. There’s really good coffee in the lobby, a pool and outside lounge area. I love the egg/swing chairs in the lobby. I would definitely again!"

"I always have one of the best stays in Portland at the Radison. Though this property is older than some of the others they are in the process of modernizing them and the renovated units are very good. What makes this hotel special is the front desk staff and the re amazing. I wish there was a better word to express my satisfaction but yes the are the best in Portland and for most of the pacific north west as i travel the chole coast and seldom or never receive hospitality like this. "

"The big places for this hotel are free parking, free continental breakfast although ending at 9 AM seems a little too early since most people don’t have to check out till 12 noon. Also, it is convenient that you have an early check-in at 2 o’clock."
