The warmth and hospitality of the hosts as well as the comfort of the property allowed us to enjoy Italy in a way that would have been impossible without staying there. 「We enjoyed our 6 day stay at Donatella's home! She picked us up from the airport late at night! I will never forget that incredible gesture of kindness. We were able to wLk a very short distance to coffee shop, several ristorantes and pizzeria. Supermercato is close by as well. 「My husband and I and our grown children came to Terracina for our grand daughters baptism. We are not beach fans but we loved the pool. Our host was so pleasant and welcoming. I have mobility issue so the many steps were a challenge but the view from the top was well worth it! We cooked in the well equipped kitchen and ate on the terrace overlooking the water and the city. 「Der Besitzer ist sympathisch u hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation ist unproblematisch. Die Umgebung ist ruhig u das Haus ist schön für eine Familie mit Kids u Hundchen, auch nicht weiter vom Wasser weg. Es gibt vielen Supermärkte in der Nähe. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche dort verbracht.」

「House was just as described. Was very clean and filled with all the amenities you could possibly need and more. Stefania was an excellent host from start to finish, going above an beyond helping us to organise taxis on multiple occasions and offering advice on nearby restaurants and train stations. Will definitely be back!」

「We loved our stay. Giancarlo gave us very good support upfront, and he’s always reachable. The fully equipped property was perfect for our family of four. Our children lloved the garden with lemon tree and the bicycles that are available for the guests. 」

「Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Absolut sauber, modern und mit wirklich ALLEM ausgestattet was man braucht. Kommunikation mit dem sehr netten Vermieter war reibungslos. Ein kleines Problem wurde sofort gelöst. Es wurde sogar ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung gestellt obwohl dies nicht in der Anzeige stand. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder mieten.」

Infine uno splendido parco che circonda la proprietà. La casa è arredata con cura, il che lo rende un posto da vivere e rispettare. Padroni di casa gentilissimi e super disponibili. 「We enjoyed our stay here, there is a grocery store as well as a few eating spots within walking distance. The property was well maintained, and the staff was very welcoming. Parking was readily available. My biggest gripe were the beds, unfortunately they were very hard which made sleeping a bit difficult. Breakfast was limited but tasted great. 」

「Beautifully renovated building that was a former kindergarten school. It is still working on renovations otherwise, i would have rated it a 5 for property and immediate area. It has a private beach and a nice seafood restaurant attached to the resort hotel. The staff are first class. The suites include full kitchens and clothes washers and shower.」
