Clean and tidy apartment with a host determined to do the best for his guests. The pool is lovely about 10 minutes drive away, perhaps 5 minutes if you are Italian. The town really comes alive on the weekend but is everything as described, sitting on hilltop with views to the coast and towards Rome. We had a couple of great meals out at Ghost and il Murino particularly, with good pizzas at Chichibo and some really creative thought into meat and cheese platters.
Look out for the signs to La Camere Pinte as you come into the town to find the appartments and keep an eye open for the garage doors shown in the pictures. Ninfa's terrace is up above the apartment but still has all the panoramic views from the apartment windows. Some initial niggles with the wifi were sorted out by Marco.
Rome is easily accessible by train and once there don't be afraid to use the odd taxi if the heat gets too much. The most we paid was about 10 euros to get across the main tourist central area back to the station.
If you like authentic Italian, narrow cobbled stairways around the town, spectacular views and good food and wine, book it.
