"This hotel is clearly past its heydey. I booked a king room, I got two queens. There was no one to fix that, they do not have front desk staff checking people in, they use machines. One of the two pools was closed, that seemed permanent. The other pool was ice cold. The was wear and tear everywhere. ..."

"The resort is gorgeous! The only thing we were not crazy about was our room was in the south tower and we had to go down two separate hallways and get on two different elevators to get to our room. Other than that we loved it!"
