Each bedroom has its own secured/keypad entry, which was much appreciated for members of our party that did not necessarily know some of the other guests. Slight disappointment that the laundry usage was "by request only" despite it showing included when booking. Tried to reach out via VRBO "contact host" option asking if they were able to accommodate an early check in well over 24 hours prior to scheduled check in time with no response, thus resulting in us not even bothering to attempt to "request" laundry usage (which I assume was behind one of the several other keypad secured doorways throughout the home).Outdoor area was our favorite part! We would definitely stay again! For others wondering costs for Uber/cabs from this location:Airport to house -roughly 60House to Fremont -15 to 20

The property host was responsive to call and air-conditioning problem. The vent is very dirty and dusty. The landscape plants and shrubs are not taken care of, over grown especially to the walk path to the front door. Other than that, everything else is good.

Communicative Host but Malfunctioning Bathroom and Wifi

Wanted to acknowledge the host’s responsiveness first before I go into the property itself. The host was very easy to get in touch with. However, the shower in the master bedroom was not working the entire weekend. The water pressure was extremely weak, leading our group of 16 to being able to use only 2 bathrooms for showers. The wifi was extremely unreliable as well, majority of the group was forced to use data. Lastly, it seems like you are not able to control the AC during prime heat hours so it would got stuffy during the day.

Great House

This house was fantastic and for all of our needs. We are a softball team that travels together all over the country. Not only did it fit everyone comfortably, it was conveniently located. When we come back next year, we will definitely stay here again!
