Entire Luxury 35th Floor Unit: Amazing Strip View

  • Enjoy a luxurious experience when you stay at this special 35th floor condo-hotel place with a breath-taking view of Las Vegas strip.
    Convenient to the Strip with all the amenities you can imagine, but private enough to relax and enjoy your stay. The memorable experience in this unit may last for months and years.
    Our condo is adjacent to Palms Casino via a private Skytube entrance. This luxury studio has a compact kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, stove and dash-washer among others.

    Note: The Balcony can ONLY be accessed when the studio is booked for 30+ nights based on HOA rules with an additional payment of $250/stay. Unit damage deposit, like standard hotel, will be handled at the front desk.

Balcony Access Opening and closing the balcony is subject to a $150 service fee each way. Requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before arrival.
Damage deposit will be processed via your CC at the front desk during check-in. Please No Cash. The CC hold for incidents is $100/night or $500 max.
Extended stays don't include replenishment of towels, garbage bags or bath items. These are provided once at arrival. Housekeeping is not daily.
