Nice Cozy Stay

Linda was an excellent host, prompt and engaged. Quiet neighborhood and not too far from the strip. Would recommend for a small family getaway.

Strict Quiet Hours

Overall, it was good. It was a nice place, and the location was great. However, the check in process was not convenient. They wouldn’t release the address until it was time to check in on the day of arrival, which made planning difficult. We had issues with the oven and the pool/hot tub, but the manager was quick to respond and send help. The quiet hours were a bit much though. They were very strict about using the backyard after 10pm. No speakers were allowed outside at any time. No vehicles allowed at the house. We had a chef come to the house one night and immediately received a phone call to have their car moved. It felt like we weren’t allowed to be there.

Oven wouldn’t work! We had 15 people to feed and had to put our frozen lasagna in the microwave. Bathroom shower didn’t drain. Mattress out on side yard. Everyone’s beds were rock hard except for master.. definitely more expensive than it should’ve been. Thought it would be much nicer with the price we paid! Manager on site was very nice tho. And they came to fix the issues but like I said for the price we should have had an oven!

Teen/Grandparent fabulous weekend

My parents, myself and 2 teens spent a weekend at this wonderful home. We chose for location close to airport, pool/hot tub/pool table/bbq/beautiful backyard with naturally shaded outdoor eating and firepit knowinf we were stayinf on location only. This home did not disappoint. The spacious layout and 6 bedrooms (5 upstairs, 1 downstairs) gave us more than enough room and the pool table in the living /kitchen area was a hit!! The owner is immediately responsive as well as manager and pool maintenence checked on us 2 times for temperature comfort of the hot tube and pool. My parents and teens had an amazing time and with the comforts of home. We will be back in July!!
