While this adds to the unique charm of the area, it may also mean some noise can be heard from nearby venues and streets until around midnight to 1 AM. If you’re a light sleeper or prefer a very quiet environment, our place is likely not for you.

2- The apartment is equipped with a portable air conditioning unit that requires a window to be slightly open to vent the hot air outside. As a result, some noise from the street may be audible when the AC is in use.

3- Amenities such as shower gel, toilet paper, coffee, tea, sugar, or wine are provided as a courtesy and are not replenished for the entire duration of your stay.


4- We offer IT equipment in this apartment for remote working. The equipment included is: a 600 MB Internet connection with a ping below 50ms*, an office chair, and a 24-inch monitor with an HDMI cable.
