Such a beautiful home, we had a wonderful stay. Love how the sliding glass door is open all the way up to enjoy the outdoors.Our only issue were the showerheads, they seem to spray everywhere, my elderly parents had a rough time, maybe detachable showerheads. The views were amazing and the essentials were all nearby.

Wow! This place is exactly as advertised! The rooms were all so clean & spacious. The bathrooms were large. Each guest room had extra mirrors in them - critical for us with a big family getting ready for a wedding! There were so many amenities - shampoo, conditioner, soap in all the bathrooms, fire pit & games outside, and so much room for everyone to be together. The kitchen is huge, with lots of room. The view was gorgeous!! Lots of stuff to do nearby. The hosts were super responsive when i had questions and the check in process was so straightforward & easy! Thank you so much to the hosts!! I highly recommend!!

What a beautiful property! You're immediately greeted by this amazing view of the Organ mountains. The house itself is very spacious with comfy furnishings. The open floor plan is great as is the patio with nice seating area and a raised fire pit. The kitchen is great wiyh a giant island and a nice dinning soace with comfortable chairs. My mother stopped over with her little poodle who found the outdoor space for dogs great! While we didnt have our own pers with us, we could see this as a pet friendly location. Maybe watch the bedrooms as they are carpeted (really nice thick carpet btw). The booking, check in/out and all communications were great and made our stay a breeze. We would definitely stay here again while visiting Las Cruces.

Independence Day Family Getaway!

This vacation home is a dream! Extremely Spacious, Clean, and Luxurious! It's the perfect stay for big families, and be sure to bring your dog! With tall ceilings and natural light illuminating throughout the house, you have a clear view of the backyard where we enjoyed playing ping pong and cornhole. If you need a place to beat the heat from the summer sun, this is it! The minute you go inside, you'll feel refreshed by the cool air that greets you. We stayed here during Independence Day and were able to see nearby fireworks right from our bedroom window, which was very exciting! Thank you for sharing your home with us! It's BEAUTIFUL!!

Mostly Enjoyable with a Few Hiccups

We stayed at this home with a group of 14, and while it definitely accommodated us all comfortably and had a beautiful layout, there were a few things that didn’t quite meet our expectations.Upon arrival, some of the sheets were dirty. We also had electrical issues — lights in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms weren’t working. While the host was responsive and offered to send someone out, it wasn’t ideal to have someone in the house during our stay as we were in and out for family events. The host also didn’t know where the electrical box or closets were located, so we had to troubleshoot on our own.The stovetop wasn’t turning on initially, and it took us a bit to figure it out before we could cook. The beds were not as comfortable as we had hoped, and the ping pong table was broken and unusable.On the positive side: communication was consistent, there were plenty of towels and toiletries provided, and the house itself is beautiful and spacious. It just needs a bit more attention to detail — like clean linens, better kitchen pans, and repairs to things like the ping pong table — to reflect the luxury experience we were hoping for.

Outstanding stay in Las Cruces

We loved this property. It has the most gorgeous views, pictures do not do justice to this home. It was very well appointed, had everything we needed to make our stay not just comfortable, but luxurious. The location worked out well for our needs - short drives to everywhere, and a 40 min drive to White Sands National Park. We were a group of 8 and a dog, and everyone really enjoyed our stay here.

Mountain view is really great, house is great too

House is essentially new. The patio out back and living areas all face the Organ mountains which are so pretty. Equipped for cooking and bbq. We only had three people, the place has a million bedrooms. Neighborhood has all kinds of services right near by. Area is very safe did not worry about that one bit.

Short but wonderful stay

Excellent location in Sonoma Ranch with fantastic views of the Organ mountains from the back patio or family room. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. It showed like it was advertised. Nice size backyard with artificial turf for our dogs. We loved sitting on the back patio enjoying the view. Host contact Aaron was very quick to reply when we had questions. Would definitely rent again.

Family visit

This was a great house , lots of room and a great view of the mountains . Host was good at communicating ect … very easy to come and go and nice , quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the property and would recommend it to everyone.

Great for Family

The house is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, medical, and NMSU. Very clean and bright with great views. Plenty of room and great floor plan for 3 family groups to stay comfortably. Lovely home in a nice neighborhood.

Family trip

Family reunion

We had 6 adults, 5 kids including an infant and the house was perfect. The bedrooms were comfortable and 3 1/2 bathrooms were great. The outdoor area was a terrific place to sit and watch the mountains. Communication was easy with a quick response . I would easily recommend this house and will book it again.

Family time

Had a great stay. Home has a large open floor plan kitchen/living room where our family gathered. There was plenty of sleeping accommodations with most rooms having a pull out. My mom was impressed with the cleanliness of the place and she is hard to impress. Highly recommend this wonderful home for other large families.
