"We had a very nice stay and were happy with the house, pool, and location. The upgraded kitchen was lovely and the bed in the master bedroom was super comfy! The back yard needed attention and a couple of piece of furniture in the house were pretty worn but overall it was definitely a 4.5 or above. "

"The home is beautiful, spacious and very clean. The unobstructed beach views and access are incredible! The rear deck and pool are also great. The owner and his staff are all extremely helpful and always on call with anything you may need. We had never been to this area of the gulf and this home and location makes us want to return sooner rather than later. Thank you Kevin, Alex and crew!!"
"Last minute trip to take my grandson to the beach in water park at Indian rocks the hotel is very comfortable clean wonderful location close to shops restaurants and the water park right next door was a big hit with my grandson would definitely come back and stay here again . Hotel staff was very friendly knowledgeable which made it a great stay with definitely return again with my family in the future"

"Loved the close access to the beach and the ability to walk around the area. Grateful for the beach amenities and all of the recommendations left by the hosts. The hosts were excellent and responsive, we couldn’t find a cooler that was listed and they had another one dropped off within 15 minutes. Loved the area and we will hopefully be back when we can stay longer."
