「The property is unique and beautiful. The front desk clerk was friendly, informative and inviting. The food was delicious and had historical charm. The hotel was in close driving distance to all D-day memorials. The surrounding farms, Pommieres and villages/castles were charming. Driving distance to the ocean and beaches. I would definitely recommend this hotel to couples, families or groups travelling in this area. It was a nice retreat from the big city too!」

「The best part of this hotel is its location. The staff is friendly and helpful but the rooms are tiny and no tea/coffee facilities. The parking is very challenging: just go to the parking by the bus stop and hope for the best. Breakfast is very good. Their restaurant with the great views is good but overpriced. The “ aile of raie” ( ray flapper) was OK but for 10 euros cheaper it was MUCH better in Chinon. No great view though…」
