「The room was spacious with very good facilities, such as dish washer, washing machine, cooking utensils. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene. In addition, plants inside living room or dining room were dying without proper attention.」
「Nice area to stay if you want to be close to carbis bay beach and st. ives. Excellent bed and bedding, we enjoyed the countryside view, end quietness. although the cows woke us up one morning 😊. More than helpful Lorena responded very quickly and sufficiently.
Hairdryer was one love.
There was no hob which I needed, but maybe it’s ok as if someone will fry meal the room could get sticky with fat 😅

The hotel is located 5 to 10 min distance on foot from the central area of Penzance where you can see restaurants and shops, and it took only 15 min walk to the edge of the next town where Mackerel Sky Seafood Bar is located. The location was very convenient for a car owner, and we could visit famous places (Land’s End, St Ives, etc) within 20 to 30 min by drive. We...

「Had an excellent 2 night stay in 'the loft' in a lovely quiet location with great views.
The Loft is fitted out to a high standard, and there's nothing better after a day of work as sitting on your own balcony with a cuppa and a free cream scone (4 of which are provided on your first night). The provided breakfast is varied, plentiful and more free fresh croissants arrive every day.... although for 1 person, 4 is definitely too many to get through each 24hrs.
