「Wow what can I say… we loved staying at Borthalan House. The location is perfect for St Ives with train station only a few minutes away and easy routes to beautiful places such as St Michael’s Mount and Minack Theatre. What made our stay extra special was Margaret and Martin who really looked after us. Margaret’s breakfast was delicious and Martin’s humour gives us a good kickstart to the day. Borthalan House was really cosy and the room we stayed in had lovely sea views. We will miss our daily...

The highlight was the breakfast. The French press coffee was delicious; choice of fresh fruit was extensive. The eggs and toast were cooked to perfection. There was plenty of on street parking available and their location is an easy walk to downtown and the harbor. Highly recommend for either solo travelers or couples...
