「We stayed in a garden room at the hotel, and this was fine for a long weekend's stay and I'd happily use it again. The room was clean and tidy with good furnishings. 「Access was good, room was well cleaned. Reception was not good. We had to wait for so long when check in, then they took us to a downgraded room without telling us . They even lied when we asked them. Expedia operator did a good job to help us to get some refund back. But we ended up staying at the downgraded room for the whole stay.」

「The staff is kind. He looked after my bag until I checked in.」

「This was everything we needed. Good pub. Good food. Great staff. Perfect location for us. We will be back」
