「My stay at Quinta da Marka was amazing! Angela is so wonderful. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and enjoy the experience. She even drove me to and from the train station and to the wineries nearby. The rest of the team is also very kind and helpful. The property is impeccable! The views are unreal and the rooms are spacious and immaculate. Great food and wine are available for very reasonable prices. I wouldn't change a thing! Thank you Angela and team! 」

「This was a family owned property. Very friendly and they made you feel like it was your home too. Only 6 rooms, so very quiet high in the Duoro Valley, in the middle of grapevines.」

「Hosts were warm and welcoming. The property was perfect for our multi-generational group. House had everything we needed. The pool was enjoyed by all. Safe neighborhood with ample parking. Location made for easy access to surrounding vineyards. 」

「My wife and I celebrated our 25 year wedding anniversary at the Quinta. It's location made it convenient to visit local museums, wineries and Churches. The location also allowed us to explore many nearby small towns for amazing meals and to meet lovely people. Porto is only ~1.4hrs by tollway, which is 90% of the travel. We highly recommend taking the train, just across the Douro in Régua, out to Pocinho for a relaxing lunch and walk around the quaint town before returning. The railway view...
