「I didn't like the mishandling of my daughter in law reservation. She was not notified of problems with her reservation until day of arrival which resulted in our family being separated and staying at different locations. I found that to be very unprofessional. 」

Upon entering after coming from Blue Moon Taphouse, walk through the main door and not once did she acknowledge me with a hello how are you. Outside of that I would return」
「Stayed for five nights for attending a conference by waterfront. Located in quiet residential area. Starbucks is just across the street and MacDonald and other restaurants are nearby. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is decent and prepared by a friendly staff. Slow WiFi is a negative point.」
「I stayed in 2012.7.23-8.6.朝は、ヨーグルト、手作りワッフル、アップルジュース、オールブラン、コーヒー。仕事から帰るとコーヒーを飲んでいました。だんだんとフロントの方とも仲良くなり、快適に過ごせました。Wi－Fiも使えますが、途中でパスワードが変わったりするので注意が必要です。忙しくてプールに入れなかったことが心残りです。（他の客がいたので入りにくかったです）徒歩圏内に、スーパーマーケット、タコベル、マクドナルド、セブンイレブン、アップルビーなどの郊外店があり、買い物や食事には困りません。タクシーもフロントに頼めば読んでもらえます。日本より少し安い同じくらいの価格でした。」
