BEDROOMS
Sun-drenched Primary Suite provides access to the pool patio via french doors and features a king-sized bed with luxe linens, large full bath with gorgeous floor-to-ceiling marble tile, his and hers closets, and a large walk-in room that doubles as an office (equipped with desk + chair) or additional storage. The space also boasts a seating area and large Smart TV with access to all of your favorite apps and entertainment.
The Secondary Bedroom features two full-sized beds with luxe linens just off of a second private full bathroom.
The home also comes equipped with an extra air mattress and pack-n-play for families.
KITCHEN + DINING
The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to prepare any size meal. The bar cart is also stocked with all the essentials to craft your perfect cocktail, making any evening that much more fun! The indoor dining table seats 6 and the kitchen bar seats 2.
OUTDOOR OASIS
The outdoor living space features alfresco dining area for 6, an outdoor living room perfect for morning quiet time or evening night caps, an outdoor grill, stunning in-ground pool, as well as 4 poolside loungers and an umbrella for sunbathing. The home also features Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs and pool towels for use during stay.
Pool heating is available Nov-April with at least 48 hour notice at an additional rate of $100/day. Kindly note optional pool heating is required for the entire duration of your stay and cannot be turned on and off daily.
AMENITIES
Arrive to Starbucks coffee, a special welcome amenity curated personally for you, as well as all the basic essentials like hair dryers, organic shampoo and conditioner, soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap and more are all provided.
CLEANLINESS + EXCELLENCE
With mattress encasements, pillow protectors, hypoallergenic bedding options and COVID cleanliness standards, we go the extra mile in our home. Our housekeepers are fantastic, but we never leave anything to chance so Danielle checks the home before you arrive to ensure all the details were handled with care. Throughout your stay, you will also have ongoing communication from Danielle who can provide local insights, take care of special requests, stock the fridge prior to arrival (upon request!), and swiftly handle any issues that arise during your stay.
CHECK-IN + OUT
No guesswork, we text and email the check-in details. No looking for keys, as the door code allows 24-hour access. Electronic guest books are provided prior to and during your stay. Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit). Security: please note, that there is a camera out front pointed toward the front yard and one in the backyard pointed toward the pool for liability purposes.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES
Pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet onto the property without approval is terms for removal without refund and up to $1,500 in fines. No parties allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with the host.
