Reported mold, ants, door handle/frame damage, and air conditioning concerns with minimal and flippant communication from the host. The apartment itself is in disrepair and in dire need of a deep clean and functional updates. Yes, it served its purpose for housing my family short-term, but required many out-of-pocket expenses to make it livable, even short...

「We were warm while we slept due to only 2 window ac units in bedrooms and only 1 fan. Would have been nice to have ac turned on to cool house for our arrival. We thought an ac added to living room would cool down all rooms. It unexpected to be asked to take off shoes but left our feet black when we did that. We did enjoy some charming accents, woodwork but would not stay again in summer with only 2 window ac units.」
