The minimum charge for smoking-related cleaning charge is $250.
No loud noises or parties, No visitors registered guests only. Update your booking if the number of guests needs to be updated.
Late checkout fee $50 for 11:30 and $100 for Noon checkout.
We provide shovels to assist with snow removal but do not offer snow shoveling services. Guests are responsible for making their arrangements for snow clearing.
We may require certain booking additional damage deposit of $500 to $1500

The house looks like it was or is in process of remodel. The extra bathroom was super helpful and super spacious rooms are a plus!

Bill’s game crew

The house was clean and cozy. It was very convenient for our group traveling to and from the football game. We had no issues with anything in the house and would recommend it.

Annual Bills Weekend

We visit every year for a family Bills weekend. This home does need a little exterior updating but once inside the home was clean, neat and updated. We were a group of 5 adults and had some extra family over for dinner. We had 9 adults sitting around the living room comfortably. Our host was easily accessible and communicated promptly. The location fit our needs perfectly, close to the stadium, downtown, restaurants and shopping. I would book again.

Blue House

The house was very clean and the mattresses were very comfortable. We only stayed one night, but on the whole, our experience was pleasant. The outside of the house doesn’t look great, but the inside is very nice. The house description mentions a sofa bed, but there isn’t one. That was the only drawback since we were counting on that.

While the property looked as pictured on the inside, the outside was terribly unkempt. Weeds had taken over the detached garage and had begun to grow in the inside and were visible through the garage window. One of the window panes on the window on the front of the house was removed. Blinds were broken and the yard needed to be mowed and there was trash in the front yard. We honestly just had the worst impression riding up to it and were unsure if we should enter! We did, and though the interior was as pictured there was an odor of marijuana. We decided not to stay.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend anyone to stay at the location . When arrive house doesn’t look like the pictures posted . NO big back yard and when walked in a VERY dirty stove ( I have pictures & greasy refrigerator very obvious . I was very upset and very disappointed & embarrassed with my family . We left so early just wanted days go by immediately.
