"The staff was so helpful and kind. They upgraded our room and assisted us with our damaged luggage. They offered tea and coffee upon our arrival. Many thanks to the staff. I highly recommend this hotel."

"First of all i couldn't stay at hotel the fisrt day i been told that they never worked with the hotels.com they didn't get us any room which i booked for my family 3 room I had to go to find another hotel very very bad cause its a busy city not easy to find good hotel last minutes 2. Bathrooms was smelling so bad i let reception know about it they said we're too busy no time doing proper cleaning 3. They didn't do change bed sheets and we they didn't cleaning our rooms they just got us...

"This place is by a night club and is so noisy at night. We were not able to sleep. Also, the apartment was not clean. There was a big like wine spot on the rug in the living room, and so many burn marks on the sofa and coffee table. We reserved a non smoking room, and we found at least 3 unused cigars in the room. Also, the bathroom/ shower was not clean enough and there was a lot of hair and other items! There."

"Nice out of the bustle location along the lake. The food was good, the staff very helpful and accommodating. The prices for the food were a bit steep but other than that a nice place to stay."
