「Bon hôtel près des embarcadères pour le lac Tana et du marché aux vêtements. Wifi pas terrible mais… existant . Le personnel est très efficace et disponible . La navette gratuite pour l’aéroport est un vrai plus . Le restaurant est de bonne facture. En résumé, très bon rapport qualité/ prix pour quelques jours à Baher dar」

「Given the reviews of the BenMas, I expected something better. The rooms were quite small and very warm without a fan. Many of the outlets didn't work. The food was fair, but limited and the dining room & linens rather run down. Overall, the staff did not seem to be able to solve problems or provide solutions without being pressured to do so (not at all my experience in other Ethiopian hotels). The BenMas is affordable, but I will look for other hotel options the next time I'm in BD」

「Es un hotel situado en una bonita zona, el exterior es muy bonito con grandes árboles y bonitos jardines, sin embargo la dirección del hotel es simplemente inexistente, las habitaciones están viejas y descuidadas, alquilamos 3 habitaciones y las 3 duchas estaban rotas. Después de 3 días aún no encontraban nuestra reserva y nos tuvieron una hora esperando en el check out hasta que conseguimos resolver el entuerto. 「I had a terrible experience at Grand Resort and SPA on 15 December, 2018. We booked a twin room online using hotels.com. When we arrived at the hotel the twin beds have very hard mattress. We asked for soft mattress but they didn't have one. Instead they gave us a room with King size bed. But we needed two beds and asked for an extra bed. They wouldn't let us have the extra bed without an additional charge of $30 on top of the $73 we paid for the twin bed. Although this is entirely the hotel's...
