Después de 3 días aún no encontraban nuestra reserva y nos tuvieron una hora esperando en el check out hasta que conseguimos resolver el entuerto. "Stunning resort on a quiet hill overlooking the city. Staff were amazing, the resteraunt was good and the views were stunning. As with the whole area, there were a few issues with water shortages, brief power cuts and sketchy wifi but the staff always do their best to fix whatever they can."

"This was a good choice for Lalibela easy walk to churches, free airport shuttle. It is a big property which is what I was looking for. We were quickly put in a room. I wish wifi was in the rooms it ruins mealtims to have to catch up on business in the restaurant and lobby. There is no place to work with a computer either and you are not allowed to sit at a restaurant table in between meal times."

"Fasil, the manager, sent the hotel shuttle to pick us up at the airport. The hotel was modern but with marble floors and high ceilings to keep it cool. It had a great restaurant especially for breakfast which was included. It had a terrace which was obviously a favorite gathering spot for locals as well as guests. Overall the service was great and the rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable."
