Front desk Staff was great! Unfortunately, the room we were p!aced in was just sad. Cobwebs on the ceiling, tv didn't work, bathroom could use some Mr Clean Magic Eraser on the shower walls, door frames were rusty, stains on carpet..... overall was not the most kept up facility. I understand things are just getting back into the swing after Covid, but this looked like there was no quality at the Quality Inn.

Arcade games are quarters, the pool was heated but the pool room was 62 degrees. When asked to turn the heat up maintenance was upset and agitated. It took them 30 minutes to come down and then the heat wasn’t even turned on, the A/C was actually on. When maintenance came and turned the heat on, we waited two hours and the room was still at 62 degrees. The heat in our room wouldn’t cycle. Thermostat set to 64 and the heat still blasted out. I do not recommend this hotel.

Due to Covid some amenities were not available such as breakfast but this was told to us when we checked in. Rooms were nice and it was a great location close to mamy restaurants and entertainment.

The outdoor pool was temporarily down and was Excited to use it. But the snack vending machine and ice was all down. And breakfast was janky but other than that it worked out

FANTASTIC HOTEL!!!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The service was great, the room was good, the bed was very comfortable. I loved the location as well...very centralized, nearly everything we did was less than 10 minutes away.

Crippled by the Covid Hoax

I stay here often--mostly for the indoor pool. Observing the Covid hoax, the pool was shut down. Since opening, the heater has not been turned on. It is quite frigid at entry and is maneable only with movement. It is very clean. It should also open at 6 a.m. so that travelers can swim before work and before children take over the area. Covid hoax procedures have also ruined the breakfast. Room was very clean, great mattress and pillows. A/C worked good. Pity that corporations all belong to the lockstep club that observes the latest political correctness. It is ruining the good will of the customers.

I guess the most unique part was checking into a room that wasn't even the room that we reserved having to clean the trash out of it make the beds ourselves and then go back to the front desk for towels.
