This beautiful updated lake house located on MM 4 in Lake Ozark, Missouri is the perfect getaway for family vacations, reunions, golfer retreats or spa girls’ getaways. 3 minutes away from Four Seasons Championship Cove Golf Course. This property features three levels of amazing lake views! Your vacation home is located in a deep cove, minutes away from shopping and restaurants at the heart of
Lake Ozark and Osage Beach, Missouri. Close to Bagnell Dam Area. Restaurants nearby are JB Hooks, Camden on the Lake, Shady Gators, Lazy Gators, Blue Heron, Horny Toads Bar & Grill, The Lodge of Four Seasons, Sergios, and Lil Rizzo’s.
Golf courses: The Cove at Lodge of Four Seasons, The Ridge at the Lodge of Four Seasons are five minutes away. This beautiful house is fully furnished, all TV's in the home are smart tv's, features 5 bedrooms with a separate lower level featuring the 5th bedroom, bonus bunk room and pull-out sofa (Sleeps 18). The main floor features floor to ceiling window views of your private lake cove. Enjoy your morning coffee and meals in the gourmet stocked kitchen which features bar seating and separate dining room. Main floor living room offers a large comfortable seating area with amazing lake views and to enjoy your evening TV entertainment. Cable TV, 5G Wifi are all available for your stay. The main floor large master bedroom has your lake views and an attached very large master bath with separate shower and jacuzzi bathtub. Main floor laundry and half bath complete this exceptional space. Enjoy your personal gas grill off the deck directly next to the kitchen and dining room off the main floor. The mid-level offers more great lake views and enjoy additional decking featuring furniture and chaises. This middle level of the home features, 2nd master bedroom with queen bed with attached ensuite featuring full bathroom combination, 2nd bedroom with a queen, 3rd bedroom has 2 full beds. Full bathroom between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Midlevel entertainment game room includes shuffleboard table, 3-in-1 dining/poker/bumper pool table, bar and tv area (full size refrigerator with 4 barstools. TV/den room includes queen sleeper sofa pullout sofa with optional sliding door for separate privacy.
The lower level of the home is a private apartment with separate entrance and includes a kitchenette (full size fridge, microwave included), queen bedroom, full bath, and bunk room with entertainment/video console area.

Family vacation to the lake

Our family of 10 adults and 11 grandkids (ages 1 to 15) had a great time at this house. Plenty of room to spread out and large enough spaces for all of us to gather. The dock was fantastic. Great communications with the manager as well. We will likely rent here again.

Family vacation

We were so impressed by this property! It was very organized and well stocked; the kitchen has everything we needed for our stay! There were plenty of beds for our group of 14 and lots of space for kids and adults to hang out.The private dock was amazing; loved the fans to keep us cool. The kayaks were wonderful to use, thank you! The shade that the dock provided was wonderful; by noon time most of the dock was shaded so the tables/chairs were a cooler area to be. And the swing was so relaxing too.We were there over 4th of July weekend, so there were lots of firework displays being set around us. One that we were able to see pretty well from our private dock was from Scooters (side note, we rented jet skis from them and the customer service there was AWESOME, highly recommend it).Location was pretty great to stores and restaurants, Woods is a close by grocery store with good variety of items.Overall an amazing stay, we hope to stay here again in the future! This was our first time visiting LOZ area and we all loved it!

Golf Trip

Property Manager is Wonderful

Yes the property is amazing and perfect for larger families and groups! The dock is perfect for lake time and swimming and plenty of room to spread out. The house is beautiful and there is a brand new grill that works great! What set this apart was the property manager Donna! She was so attentive to anything we needed and made sure our stay was perfect. Absolutely going to return!

A wonderful stay

We had a family group of 12 at the property in early June ages ranges from 14-84. The home is beautiful with plenty of space for an extended family. Every level was well stocked. The driveway is steep but doable. We were able to fit four vehicles just fine. The dock was our daily hangout. It was perfect for us to be down there the whole day with plenty of seating and shade. The kayaks were an added bonus. The location on an inlet was great as there wasn't much lake traffic. As the listing and pictures show, there are a lot of stairs to lake level. We considered them our workout for the day! Great stay!

Great house for a large group

Property was great be prepared for a super steep driveway make sure your brakes are in working order. Lots of amenities and things to do near by. Great communication and friendly neighborhood enjoyed it so much. 16 guys went for a golf weekend and pleanty of room for all of us

Family weekend

We had the best time staying at this listing. Everything was clean, easy to find because everything was labeled, and my kiddos were safe! The stairs were a lot with little ones, but we made it work! Donna was quick to respond to our questions and went above and beyond for us! Would come again for sure!

Sunny and perfect!

Stayed with a group of 12 for the week. Plenty of room and supplies! Very well stocked for kitchen needs and towels. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! The walk to the dock is not bad. There are about 80 stairs from the upper level of the house to the dock. It didn’t bother us at all, but I don’t know if people always consider that as a possible concern. We also recommend sunglasses for the upper living area before 10am because the morning sun is bright. The driveway is incredibly steep, but not impossible as it initially presents itself. The house and location are perfect. The large dock area was great to swim from, and our pontoon tied up perfectly on the side. Rental jet skis are just at the end of the cove (and decently priced). Plenty of options for restaurants and bars. We had a great time! Our group was in agreement we would gladly rent here again if we find ourselves returning to the Ozarks. Thanks for the awesome accommodations.

Great house with dock/lake access

The house was beautiful and well stocked. The family loved the dock/bar and used the kayaks. The property manager was great about answering all my questions. We would stay here again!!!! The steep driveway gave the males a competitive challenge!!!!

Family Lake Trip

The house was perfect for an extended family gathering. The sleeping arrangements between the main portion of the house and the lower level separate apartment made it easy for each part of the family to have their own space. Would highly recommend this property for any families looking for a comfortable house on an easily accessible cove near the Bagnell Dam!

Beautiful home

The dock access was so nice. We had a lot of family time in the water. The boat slip was so wonderful. The beds were great, however, the water softener kept me awake on the 2nd floor. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the grill was nice. The home had plenty of bathrooms, and a gorgeous view. We had a good time playing shuffleboard. The bunks were a little wobbly for teens to sleep on. The driveway was super steep as described. We would stay here again.

Thanksgiving trip with family

House has everything you need-prepared huge Thanksgiving dinner and felt like I was home -they have really thought about all you’ll need.
