Gorgeous views of the 12-mile marker, playground, tennis court, club house, Private boat launch, Large deck/front porch for relaxing covered for those rainy warm summer evenings. Girls trip

The place was clean and a perfect size for a short weekend trip. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to learn that the sofa bed was broken since we were planning to have that as a third bed. There was an air mattress provided, but it was unable to stay inflated for more than a couple hours. I contacted the property manager and they were unwilling to give a discount or offer any other assistance even though this was a clear difference to what the property was advertised as offering. Other than the bed situation, the property was great and we enjoyed the outdoor space.
