"Check in was good with helpful service. Hotel is in a great location and from outside looked good, even with indoor smoking (the norm in Macedonia). The view on to the lake is first rate and we had a corner suite. However the room was tired and needing significant work. Shower that spat water, kitchen with cracked bench and exposed wires. Common areas of hotel were filthy and . Overall a bit disappointing "

"Ne surtout pas réserver de suite avec jacuzzi vu qu'il ne fonctionne quasiment pas !! (seules 3 à 4 buses sur la quarantaine) Une honte pour le prix. "Villa Old Town has an extremely convenient location in the heart of the Old Town and boasts beautiful views of the harbor and comfortable beds. My only notes are that at times the WiFi was a little slow, and the doors and walls were extremely thin so if you had loud neighbors (which we did) you could hear everything."

"The location is beautiful; overlooks Lake Ohrid. The room was clean. The hotel itself was in disrepair. Paint peeling off the wall of our room, baseboards missing or damaged. All though they advertised a roof terrace, there was no seating and they were using it to store building supplies. The hotel staff was helpful and polite, however the restaurant staff acted like they couldn’t be bothered to wait on us and their staff was smoking at one of the tables in the restaurant."

"Arrived at this location and the staff was super helpful to get us settled in, the bathroom had a weird smell coming from the drains, the jacuzzi in the room had some off gassing which lead to an awful smell in the room. So had to keep the door open for fresh air, but then the neighbors decided to smoke on the deck, leading to cigarette smoke filling our room. Sheets were old , and did not have fitted sheet on mattress. Towels were old and falling apart. Seemed like they were just getting by on a shoes string. Good price , close to water. If you don’t mind bad smells it could be for you."
