"During our stay, we experienced several inconveniences that I believe should be brought to your attention. We were a family of four, yet the bathroom only had three medium-sized towels available. Additionally, the television remote control either did not have batteries or was not functioning properly. The air conditioning unit had an outdated thermostat with buttons that made it difficult to comfortably adjust the temperature, the coffee maker was dirty. At the time of check-out, I attempted to inform the front desk about these issues. Unfortunately, the staff member showed little interest in addressing the concerns and simply responded, “Sorry, you are all set,” without offering any assistance or further acknowledgment. I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration to improve the experience for future guests. "

"The receptionist on was extremely rude over the phone and cut me off multiple times. She answered the phone call by scolding me for something another customer asked, because she mistook me for someone else who had called prior. And was very unwilling to work with me to solve my issue, or even explain why it wasn't possible to resolve my issue. "

"If I could rate this place lower I would!!!! I’m not joking I think my sense of smell was permanently damaged by how smoky the “non-smoking” room was! There were cigarette burns throughout the entire room. I think we have lung damage from residual second hand smoke. We arrived late in the evening and the room was non refundable or I would have said screw it and gone somewhere else. It was so dirty in the corners that we wouldn’t let the kids set things down anywhere but the desk. The faucet came apart when my husband turned it on and the shower head was broken and the shower surround was cracked moldy and coming apart. On the plus side the water was hot so there ya go. The fan also was broken. There was a chair that I’m sure was covered in blood sweat and other fluids by the look of it plus burns because why not. Need a plug in? Well you have 2 that work sort of. Ac unit was s dirty we turn it off because it made room even worse. The complementary breakfast was no where to be seen and quite frankly would probably have ended in food poisoning anyway. They had coffee though as long and you don’t mind that the pot hadn’t been cleaned since Nixon was in office by the sludge that came out. Seriously this place is nasty like I accidentally stayed at another place in Omaha that had a dude smoking pot in the office and lady’s barely clothed waltzing around. That was an interesting soccer tournament weekend let me tell you! This was WORSE and that is saying something. "
