The space itself was cute, very clean, and thoughtfully maintained, which made us feel right at home.Mara, the owner, was fantastic to work with. Her communication was excellent from start to finish, making everything easy and stress-free.We loved it so much that we’ve already rebooked for mid-summer!

This is a beautiful location on the lake. It is right across from the dam. Really great fishing or just sitting watching the fish jump. Lots of room very comfortable bed. Great outside seating areas. Very friendly family host very attentive to every need or question. Would highly recommend this for a nice getaway. It was so convenient to have kayaks and canoes ready for our use at any time. Be advised that there are steps down to the lake. We were very able to do it but at Lake Lure that usually is the norm.

Great spot!

Loved our visit! Mara and Frank were so helpful and accommodating, even parked elsewhere so we could have friends come visit! Beautiful spot and the accommodations were spacious and so quiet. Loved being able to use the canoe and kayaks to boat to the Lakehouse restaurant for beers! Highly recommend this spot!
