Fairway Villa 0502 at Rumbling Bald

This golf course condo, with stunning views of Rumbling Bald Mountain off the front deck and Bald Mountain Lake off the back deck, also offers close access to the lakeside picnic area and dock just a few steps away.  The master bedroom upstairs features two queen beds with a private bath. The second bedroom upstairs features two queen beds with an open loft view to the living area below. There is a full bath in the hallway. The living room has a flat screen TV with comfortable seating. The condo comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen. 
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit.  There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
