Stayed 3 days.Not once did anyone come to room a nd offer room service.Didnt bring fresh towels take trash.On 2nd day found out if you wanted room service you had to let the front desk know b4 11am.Staff was nice and polite.I 'very just never stayed anywhere where they didn't automatically offer room service.Didnt make beds,didnt do anything.I will probably stay elsewhere when I'm in town next time.
