Have always found staying here to be very convenient to get to Yungaburra, Lake Eacham and Atherton. Cabins are always very clean, location is extremely quiet and staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Cabins are of an older type, but comfortable, air conditioned, clean and employees are friendly and helpful. Nice food and in walking distance to the lake. Really enjoyed my stay and will come back.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable, however unfortunately I had very noisy and inconsiderate neighbours who were generally noisy on my first evening and on my 2nd evening they arrived home very noisly at about 11.30 and continued on with loud music and talking till well after 1.30!! I think there is zero soundproofing between units and I certainly suffered!!

Stayed at Lake Eacham several times and always found the Tourist Park to be very quiet, peaceful and extremely handy to get around whilst on the Tablelands. Staff are very friendly and amenities are fine. Cabins are well equipped and clean.

The cafe on site's food would rival any restaurant. Staff were top notch as well. Beautiful rainforest surrounds. Very peaceful and quiet.

The words 'tourist park' conjured up images of somewhere big, bold and brash! Nothing further than the truth.This is a small, quiet, layed-back retreat, set in rainforest. It has clearly been here for some time, so some of the facilities and the cabin in which I stayed have seen better days, but they suited my style of travel perfectly. Friendly and helpful staff, great cafe with a good meals menu. Could hardly be closer to the rainforest birdwatchers' delight a short walk down the quiet country road.

This property was musty & had roaches. I saw 6 in 1 cluster. Everything smelled. The bed is worn out The bathroom was dirty. When I went to the manager, his excuse was that, "It is a rainforest." Disappointed

PROS: welcoming counter staff and comfortable bed. CONS: everything else. Quite a number of tiny cockroaches, dead and living in cabin. Ensuite floor needs a good scrub, camp ablution block and camp kitchen needs maintenance. Tenants should not be permitted to park their motorbikes IN the camp kitchen. We could go on, but…will not stay here again. Our friends who stayed in the camp site also stated they were very disapointed and would not be returning.

Was greeted by friendly smiling staff. Unit was clean, had all amenities that I required; hot shower, jug for cuppa etc. Close by is the beautiful Lake Eacham that has great walking trail. Hope to return.

Excellent check in with friendly staff throughout two night stay. Cabin clean inside but we could smell mould as soon as we entered. The entire outside of the cabin is covered in mould (including the aircon). This is surely an extreme health hazard. We had to burn incense sticks to deal with the musty smell. We also could not get wifi service at all whilst staying here.

Set in the forest backdrop, the LETP was located to all the other tourist attractions making the drive interesting n close by. Staff was great n vlose to all the local swim holes like lake eacham n lake barrine. We loved our dtay in the little cotrage n its homelike feel amongst the tropical trees n bird life. Thank you.
