「We stayed with two other families for film fest over Labor Day weekend. The condo was in excellent condition, very clean, very nice appliances and furniture. I would say the property is very much as advertised. Three families (all with kids) stayed with no difficulty and with plenty of space for everyone to hang out. The access is terrible. We carried large luggage because of the ski gear, and we had to carry them around for more than two blocks, and then there was no elevator.
